Owning our inner power by making bold moves to live a life that feels good includes having audacious sexual confidence. Because when we are sexually confident it supports us with having incredible sexual experiences.

So if you want to build audacious sexual confidence, listen or read this post (or both)!

Grab a mirror and take a seat

Get to know your sexual anatomy. Sit in front of the mirror and explore your labia, clitoris, the opening of the vagina and so on. This is about getting to know your body better, what turns you on and where your hotspots are that make you go crazy… Part of having amazing sex is being able to tell your partner how you want it by guiding them to your hotspots whether that be through moans, gentle gestures, words or whatever else takes your fancy.

Know what you want and get it because when you know what gets you going, it will lead to sexual confidence that is bound to come through during sex.

Get naked

I enjoy walking around the house naked and take every opportunity to look at myself naked in the mirror and do a little dance when I do which has enabled me to become confident and comfortable in my skin. Look at yourself naked in the mirror without shying away from the process. What do you love about your body? Focus on every single part of you that makes you think “damn, I am fine!”

Getting to know your body better also means being okay with looking at yourself naked. Men seriously rarely notice or pay attention to the things that can make us feel insecure. Channel your inner sex goddess and embrace your sexual power because you have it, we all do. When you focus on what you love it will help you to get out of your head and get into the moment. Building your sexual confidence.

Talk about your sexual desires

Communication is essential. If there are certain things you want to try out, be open with your partner by sharing the sexual desires you have. You never know how they will react until you have the conversation. If it’s something that makes you or them think hmmm maybe, see if there is a halfway compromise you can come to or start super small.

One of the great things about my ex is that we could both speak openly about the things we wanted sexually and we still do because we have the type of friendship where he can tell me what he wants and I can do the same with him (not with each other of course, we are just able to converse about everything…😉)

Wear what makes you feel sexy

My underwear and sex draw (yes sex draw) is insane. I’m a big fan of sexy lingerie and love getting dressed up. Now I have to admit I have had some malfunctions but I think I’ll keep those to myself! Wearing what makes you sexy doesn’t just relate to intimate sexual moments, it’s also linked to stepping out of your house and feeling fire. I love a good red lipstick and wearing clothes that shift my energy and make me feel sexy.

Okay so back to the point, you don’t have to go out and spend a ton of money, just find styles, colours etc. that you like and mix it up. If there is something you have been shying away from buying, go and buy it and wear the heck out of it like the queen that you are.

Maybe throw in a few sex accessories while you’re at it too. PVC gloves and massage oil 👀 I shall leave it there.

Have a sense of humour

Don’t be afraid to be silly or laugh during those moments where it’s like “oh my gosh did that just happen.” Vaginal farts can happen sometimes, it is what it is. Sex is about pleasing each other, connecting and having freaking fun so that means there may be times when things get messy and embarrassing. Use those moments as a way of building a deeper connection and bring some lightheartedness to it. If a position doesn’t go according to plan, laugh it off and try again.
